MeteopolisTo make a weather wallpaper for iPhone of your city: in Meteopolis, scroll down on a city, tap Share this city card, choose Poster (9:16), tap Share → Save Image, then in Photos tap Share → Use as Wallpaper. For a version that updates itself, add the large Meteopolis widget instead.
Make the wallpaper
- Pick the look. In Meteopolis, choose a style in Settings → Scene style. Dark styles like Neon and Electric look great behind white clock digits.
- Open the share card. On your city, swipe up past "This week" and tap Share this city card.
- Choose Poster. Poster is 9:16, the same shape as your screen. Postcard is a landscape card for messages.
- Save it. Tap Share → Save Image.
- Set it. In Photos, open the poster, tap Share → Use as Wallpaper, adjust, and choose Lock Screen, Home Screen or both.
A wallpaper that updates itself
A saved poster is a snapshot of that day. If you want your screen to follow the weather, combine a plain wallpaper with the large Meteopolis widget. It fills most of a Home Screen page with your city's current scene and refreshes through the day. See how to add it.
